You will define, develop and deliver quality patient engagement and recruitment services that enable study teams to plan, forecast, remodel and deliver on patient enrollment goals, and work to broadly deploy innovative processes, methodologies, data, and technologies for future implementation.
We’re looking for someone with the ability to develop innovative, new solutions not presently used in order to more effectively identify patient subsets in a manner that is expeditious and cost effective; and to oversee and ensure the delivery of high quality patient recruitment and retention strategies and tools in collaboration with the clinical operations teams and contracted supplier(s) prior to First Patient First Visit.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience (minimum of 8 years) in patient recruitment and retention with evidence of increasing responsibility within a pharmaceutical company, CRO or similar organization required. And, expertise in developing recruitment and retention strategies as well as country/site identification and/or generation of materials and trial metrics.
